Pre-treatments and powder coat technologies are added and applied to the mesh to ensure and maximize durability and longevity. Providing the powder coating on the mesh remains intact and is frequently kept clean so that no air born impurities such as salt or dust can build up on your screen, preventing any opportunity for it to oxidize and change color... Crimsafe mesh will not rust; it will have a lifespan of approximately 65 years!

Crimsafe even use a special rubber insulator separating the mesh and its aluminium framing from contact, as over time and weathering when aluminum and stainless steel touch a potential of galvanic corrosion may occur and can deteriorate your screen, therefore this special rubber insulator called a Stanoprene is also applied to your door for maximum durability and longevity.
